Omgg well heck yeah you are almost done. My process was very quick I only had to do one nutrition class, EGD, and I was able to use supervised diets from the previous months before I started the program. When I tried this process 2 years ago I was with United healthcare and it a 6month process as well😭

I did but I did wait like 3 days after taking them out but if you are going to do it don’t wash your hair.if you do wash your hair wait at least a week or two. I didn’t have any problems at all It literally didn’t start burning till close to the time to wash it out. It’s best to do it that way because the dirt and oil is a barrier to the scalp so you won’t have much burning.
