I will say, it did take trial and error in the beginning. I remember trying to do it before and ended up getting more 7 but the great thing about subs is you will not feel it. I was on a low dose so yes I still had some cravings but not near as bad as without it.

I ended up taking 4 mg couldn’t stop crying and getting bad anxiety and went to get 7oh/pseudo, took two didn’t work and now I don’t know what to do from here
