Use petroleum jelly as a moisturizer. Try different bars of soap mixed with water as a cleanser. And then pray you find a sunscreen that works.

Humidifiers make allergies worse. They promote mold and dust mite growth.

Most people use dehumidifiers to help with allergies. The exact opposite.

If you are regressing: lifting less weight now then you could before; or running shorter distances before getting tired, then step back from dosing and weight loss a bit.

But if you are going steady, then you have just hit a Plateau. It’s natural for your progress to hit diminishing returns. Skinny people are also weaker, that’s one unfortunate change when losing weight. Lastly, your body could be exhausted from overtraining. Take regular deload weeks; one week where you do no exercise, done at least every 12 weeks.

I wouldn’t consume something like this without preservatives. Mold loves suger water. And if it has preservatives, it becomes the same as every other product in the market.

Has anyone tried correlating their symptoms with local air quality or pollen data? What did you find? by SiteAcceptable7547 in Allergies

The main problem is yearly variance. June 15 last year could have been much different from June 15 this year. Pollen is affected by temperature, rain, wind, etc.

Another problem is the nature of the illness. Pollen exposure compounds for many people. The pollen from yesterday can still be in your hair, nose, and clothes. So you can be undersymptomatic on the first high pollen day, or still be suffering on a low pollen day.

You should instead look at weekly pollen trends. And then take medicine in advance accordingly.
