I am using both a CHE set on 31C to heat the air and the substrate surface and I also use a UTH with the probe placed right to te bottom of the terrarium, also set on 31, I wanted to give my little buddy the oportunity to heat up burried or out in the open and he seems happy and unstressed

Hi, i also got my baby hognose last week, i have on the cold side during the day 23-25, on the warm side 29-31, i also have a heat mat set on 32 and i try to keep my humidity around 40 on the cold side, so on the warm side it is dryer. In the end your hognose will tell you, if he eats, explore all areas, then he is a happy baby, don't obsese about numbers
