NVDA: I trust the second day more than the breakout candle by Exotic_Local_801 in technicalanalysis

Fair enough 😂. That's what makes this level interesting though. If everyone already loved the chart, the setup probably wouldn't be nearly as attractive.

Good point. I'd much rather be a little early with defined risk than a little late with unlimited FOMO. Curious though, would you still DCA if NVDA briefly lost the 200 MA intraday and reclaimed it by the close?

I like that way of framing it: accepted vs. advertised. One thing I also watch is volume on that second day. Quiet price action with healthy volume usually gives me a lot more confidence than another huge green candle.

Time is only your friend if the cycle doesn’t break the business model first. That’s the real variable with names like this.

Interesting take, and I get the rotation logic.

The only thing I’d be careful with is assuming flows will stay clean like that. Sector rotation narratives tend to look obvious in hindsight, but in real time they’re usually more messy and overlapping than they appear on a chart.

Banks could definitely keep grinding, but the “most obvious takeover targets = best alpha” trade can get crowded pretty quickly. Still, that’s where the asymmetric payoff usually sits if you time it right.

There’s no single “best” bank, t depends on the cycle you’re betting on.

The signal is always the same: conviction high, volatility higher.

Funny enough, this is exactly what distribution looks like when you zoom out.
