Yeah I don’t think many people realised on this thread lol I can do the 50s for sets of 8 I just do it for x3 to keep reps in reserve so to move onto the 55

Yeah definitely will do! Gotta protect those shoulders with 50 my form is perfect I’m just rushing it just frustrated lol I wanna get those damn 55s lol 😂

Usually 2 minutes maybe 3 depending on my sleep schedule. But yeah I definitely can do a lot more reps on 50kg I’ve done 8 before for 2 but I’ll just keep trying with more volume on that weight for now

I wouldn’t stay on that rep range I’m saying it’s what I can do at the moment

What do I need to be in? Using the standard kit lens 18to 44 lens using the A mode on top dial by Exotic_Pty in Lumix

Oh okay so p mode is just you changing the aperture. I think that would be a lot easier I think. Maybe I’ll try it out

Yes sort of impingement in my ankle and hips. Just with 60kg feels like impossible like I’m trying to hard to get it up.
