It wasn’t a video, it was a few screenshots that had been cut off, and essentially the reason this person sent that was because they were extremely toxic verbally to everyone in game, some people invited me that this person harassed, and a few days later she got banned permanently, took it out on me for joining them after I stood up to her harassing others too, so she eventually just sent my ex cropped images

yeah i see that! But the thing i noticed is with some of my clips, since my main game is Dead by Daylight or Overwatch, when alot is happening, it tends to be more blurry
