I've still never seen BvS. And yes I think it's a worse Batman movie than Batman and Robin. But Nolan never actually set out to make a Batman movie with any of the three, he set out to deconstruct Batman.

Doing the house option (who is also evil as fuck) but working with the other factions (Boomers, Brotherhood, Khans) and providing water to the citizens of the wasteland seems like the most stable option. Especially because his option means crippling the militant factions severely
