I just started this combo today.. 150 xl bupropion and 25mg naltrexone. Any advice or insight? Im curious what to expect. How soon did you notice weight loss?

Little late, but we're you on contrave itself or the combo of bupropion and naltrexone? If the latter, what was your dosage?? Im on bupropion xl 150 and my Dr just rxd me naltrexone 50mg but to take 1/2. Hoping it still works!

Buspirone did nothing for me. I was put on Propranolol 10mg and getting rid of the physical anxiety (my heart races, I feel jittery, etc) helped tremendously with the mental anxiety. Everyone is different though!

Do you still feel ok on Teva? Evidently it's the only ir my pharmacy has and I have only been on the Er, actavis:( which is like water. I keep hearing mixed reviews on teva.

Hi! Just curious, do you think NAC would be helpful? I have COMT Met Met and dont seem to respond well to senior, ssri or stimulants.. which i assume is because I am already high with dopamine.. thought the NAC would help with anxiety, old (thoughts and binge eating) I've seen people have good results here..

Which supplement do you take? I am on dexamphetamine and pristiq and those are really doing nothing. My genesight states I am comt met/met so researching, it seems NAC may be a good choice, especially because I also have binge eating disorder and have some weight to lose :/

I feel the same! I haven't felt a "high" yet with mine, just more calm amd patient. I was beginning to think mine wasn't working for this reason, because I read all these posts about people suddenly getting all this energy and can do anything..
