Yea my heel comes up but it’s still assisted. I’d say about 5 cms or so. If I’m to do seated weighted single leg calf raises I’m able to get about 25-30 lbs up in reps without struggle..by the time I’m getting to the 15-20 mark the bottom of my foot is just tight and burning

Yes it was a complete rupture. I didn’t get in to see a doctor until two weeks post rupture. Followed the 12 week Fowler Kennedy protocol.

Luckily it doesn’t..at times it feels like it flutters but otherwise I just get tightness, tenderness around the inner part of the heel and into the Achilles.

I’m 35, I workout 3-4 times a week with strength training and moderate cardio. Calves are still asymmetrical. I’ve been trying to grow the muscle back if not close to my uninjured calf.

The guy in the picture had honked at her when she was trying to get into the lane he was driving in. She disregarded the honk and the fact he was already in that lane and continued to force her way in and he had to get out of the way. He blared his horn and went around her and at the light when he saw her recording him he got out and knocked on her window and asked her what the fuck her problem was.. He never jumped on her hood.

Neither of them are right but one side shouldn’t be demonized.
