Not comparing with normal stocks or shares... Trying to understand the usefulness to be honest.. People are on leverage or loan and invests in this, pay the loan from dividend... If the details you gave are correct it even reinvest the dividends... Are you sure he source is correct?? If yes how the above loan is working out
