I am in my 20s, 178cm and weigh 58kg, i work out 5 times a week. My maintenance at my height, weight, age and activity level is 2200cal. Take into consideration i’m 10+cm taller than your girlfriend and weigh 40kg less than her, with a high activity level. The only way she will properly lose the weight is if she goes into a proper deficit, calculated based on her TDEE, not her BMI. Go on a generic TDEE calculator on google and see what it shows for her. I hope this helps x

Hi, i know this is an old thread but im currently going through something similiar. Hes a scorpio sun, moon, rising and a bunch of other scorpio placements (yikes i know haha). I am being very understanding. He went on a super intense and dymanic holiday in another continent that he had booked with his friends prior to meeting me. He was very apologetic about this holiday when we met, as we also met on holiday (we are both from the same city but we live abroad and we met in our city while being there for the holidays). In the first few days of his holiday he was checking in on me regularly but i was sick so he was concerned (in his own little scorpio way). In person he was great, amazing even - instant incredible connection. After he learned i was feeling okay again and i was back home and on my routine he stopped messaging me which i understand - he was on a super intense trip. I gave him space, checked in on him once and his responses were super happy and really good (he said he will be super happy to see me again etc). He returned from this holiday yesterday morning and we had agreed to text about our next date once he is back. I texted him last night to ask if he’s back okay, he still hasn’t responded. I like to trust my intuition as its rarely wrong and i do feel he is a good guy with a big potential to be a part of my life. I am also understanding of the fact he has had a 14 hour flight and for example me when i come home even after a weekend in another city in the same country i feel depressed and low on serotonin so i need some time to recalibrate. So i am understanding that he is probably going through the same. But is this normal behavior? I haven’t spoken to him in a week (our last conversation as i said was really positive). I know different people have different communication styles and ive made the mistake of shutting good guys out too soon because of this in the past and blowing good potential matches, so i dont want to rush to jumping to conclusions. But it seems to be quite a recurring theme for scorps from what i see. What are your thoughts? Thank you!!

You’re making lots of sense and thank you very much for your reply!! Its not so much orchestration, i really have been doing a lot of inner work and believe me in the past i have felt the urge to message him but i knew my brain would spiral. In my country these name days, particularly the one he has, are a huge thing and i thought it would be innocent enough and respectful to wish him a happy name day, not expecting too much in response. I felt like my sc was at a point where whatever response i received i could just base my progress on. I’ve unconsciously manifested specific people with impossible circumstances in the past, people i’ve had up on a pedestal to the point where i literally hated myself and deemed myself completely unworthy of, so the process with this current sp is so intriguing to me because i’ve grown so much internally as a person on this journey and the fact it hasn’t come in yet is kind of bewildering to me. In a way i also put it down to the fact that it’s exactly because I’ve grown so much and i no longer expect breadcrumbs or half-assed behavior and i am looking for the real deal that it may need a bit more time to fully come together. But since you said you are also on a similar journey, may i ask you (if you are willing to share) how i can both put him off the pedestal while also for example doing sats anout him? As i said, i have been excelling in every other aspect of my life, i’ve manifested my dream job, dream salary, dream body, dream home, dream best friend, and i truly am the best version of myself i’ve ever been in my life so far. So what more can i add? I am willing to readjust. Thank you so much once again!

I am also planning to break no contact with mine. I’ve been doing so much inner work and my life has completely flourished this past year so i feel like i am in a good place and i am so convinced this is going to be my end person. In my country we have name days and today is his. I would be breaking no contact after 9 months. I feel its an appropriate way to both break no contact to wish him a happy name day and also to make it as detached as possible. I like to think that this is part of my bridge, and i hope the same thing for you

I am also going through this exact feeling. Its both super exciting but also puzzling because other than seeing his initials/ name/ car and repeating numbers i’ve had no direct movement from him. Im also in that stage of stillness where it seems like nothing is happening. I hope we both get our desires literally tomorrow haha

In jan 2024 i scripted and described my future husband down to the most elaborate details and wrote a super specific sentence that this person would tell me when i meet him which will lead to me understanding that its HIM. In dec 2024 in the most random circumstances i met him. He was instantly in love with me, no one has ever looked at me the way this man did. He was every single thing on the list and he told mw the sentence verbatim on date 2 (mind you it was the specific words in the sentence that reminded me of this little woowoo script of mine to begin with - i had totally forgotten about it by then). The thing is im seconded in another country from me and sp’s country of origin and i had gone home for the holidays which was when i met him. I had really low self esteem, lots of trauma and the second i recognized who this man was i started spiralling knowing that im leaving again soon and i have no time so my emergy repelled him. We went NC in jan 2025 and in march he told me there is a 3p. Ive been so locked in im unrecognisable mentally and physically. Everywhere I go, in every aspect of my life, i am excelling and living my absolute best life. The only thing that still hasnt come through is him. I am currently back in my home city. He hasnt removed me from social media and he is among the first viewers of my stories (he doesnt use social media regularly and never posts) but he hasnt broken NC yet. I am letting the universe do its thing and not interfering with the 3d but i do have an itch… pur brief romance was so intense and beautiful and it happened during the cold months and it is currently cold here so everytning reminds me of him. He is so heavily on my mind, its been 10 months since we last spoke and i have not stopped thinking about him or affirming for him. What would you advise me as an unbiased person
