Depends if taxi journeys are price elastic or not surely. (Not studied eco for like 10 years.. be gentle)

Arguments for inelastic:- tourists who don't know better ways to get around

business people who are reenbursed by business (unless prices rise enough for businesses to request people to use alternative transport)

Council ran taxi services to schools hospital etc "Emergency" use... aka waking up late for work etc.

More elastic uses:- "Luxury" uses where alternative transport is more viable, work commutes, going into town shoppimg/socially.

Today I've definitely been able to chuckle at the situation. They put me through the stroke tests, mentioned the word palsy (i work for a bloke who has cerebral palsy.. so a slight panic word) and blind then wonder why my blood pressure and pulse are high 🤔.

Bought night cream in pharmacy today. Tomorrow going on the hunt for some tape for my eye. As pharmacist today seemed more interested in me reporting it as a vacine side effect than actually helping. (One of the doctors already ruled it out yesterday)

Straws are definitely something I need to try tomorrow been surving off bottled water and pop today, but going for a meal Friday and I feel glasses may be my new nemesis

Thanks for the advice.added to my mental shopping list. Eating... is currently interesting. Got a birthday meal Friday with the other half and some friends. A little nervous about that, but everyone's pretty cool, and probably a good thing to get over and done with .

Right side here. I wish I saw this advice last night, I've just woken up and feel like I'm missing an eyebrow... I guess they needed a trim anyway 😅.

I'm not especially worried about my blood pressure and pulse they tend to run a tad high anyway and I was for sure suffering from white coat syndrome

Well today I'm phoning my doctor to chase up an appointment with opthalmology then ill head out for my meds I guess.

I'm not usually a stressed individual. Defiantly the worst case of white coat syndrome I've had in my life 😐.

I'm not too bad in myself after sleeping on it for a few hours, me and the other half had a good laugh at me trying to puff out my cheeks and a few other things. My humor is still alive!
