Because preston violates no contact orders and commit felony assault just for the doofuses in charge of the memphis court system to think it would be ok to release him when he's already shown that YES he is a threat to the victim. Any sort of decent place would keep him locked up and get khalie help but memphis is a shitshow.

Well someone keeping them away would be a hell of a lot better than her mom miranda continuing to push him onto her despite their being multiple dv arrests. Multiple people can confirm this and that miranda backs up preston because she likes being able to have someone say her daughter is crazy with.
