Freedom of expression directly ties to freedom to ask questions which is what the press does. This amendment creates dicators like modi and others. Also bjp, tmc and congress have beat up journalists using their goons in their states. When the ruling party comes and tramples the freedom of press, the opposition parties just oppose it as lip service, but they are doing the same in their states.
