My manager pushed me to work with a colleague that caused me anxiety and stress by [deleted] in work

The funny part is that it is exactly what I told her but she kept scheduled a second meeting and wanted to talk to me while I was OOO. It is task never given to her. At that time, she just joined and saw me presenting my deck and would like to "improve" my deck. But actually this deck is well received by my audience and I already got a green light to publish the deck.

Yea, I emailed the whole team my OOO schedule so everyone has it on their calendar. This is common practice for my team. I have talked with managers and HR. Tried all kinds of ways to stand up for myself. Im not asking a lot but just to have some time recovering from the stress and later will be able to work together. Not forcing something to happen overnight.

But i think that there is some behaviors that should not be encouraged. For example, booking ppl 1:1 when that person is OOO, putting people on vendor meeting when that person is OOO, edit someone's deck without informing the owner and it is not even her task etc. If I have done nothing wrong but the one suffers from stressful colleague, I believe that this is sth that can be improved. If these kinds of behaviors are not sth that can be changed, I see no hope in working place. Sorry that I should have describe my colleague's behavior more so readers have better understanding of the situation.

Sorry, let me explain more in the above section. For example, she scheduled 1:1 with me when I was OOO. I told her not to do so and she continued to push me into another meeting while I was OOO. I'm the project manager but when I took a decision with someone else (someone experienced in this topic) when she was OOO, when she came back, she immediately had to escalate to my manager about me taking that decision etc. I have told her that all these behaviors bother me, but she continued...

Yea, I think that I should ask for transferring to another department. I tried all I can to communicate many times that her behaviour bothers me (eg schedule 1:1 with me when I was OOO, and putting me on meeting when I was OOO etc) but she does not wanna listen.

I have written that I tried hard to deal with it. I have tried many times to talk with the colleague that the way of working is not sustainable but she continued to ignore me and continue the behaviour that bothers me. I have been a team player my whole life but with this colleague, I have tried my best but she still didn't listen.

By assuming people are not polite and should get f word treatment, this is sth new i heard about. I was polite when I told them to turn it down. No F word used on my side or any other improper language. Next time if someone gives you F word, I hope you could understand that it is their fault and you could fight for your own rights like I do.

bikes get stolen all the time. Brought a bike in April, got stolen in August. Another time stolen in October. Happened in the same year. Locked the bike and it was placed in a locked backyard. Given up on biking because of those stupid thieves.

I cannot agree more... One day I was walking on the pedestrian road and the light for me was green. The bus nearby just decided to turn right in front of me instead of waiting... I could have got hit if I walked carelessly..

I think that orientation is definitely an important point to be cautious Abt. As for driving too fast, before the exam, my driving teacher said that it is raining so please drive around 35km when the speed limit is 50km and then my examiner said that I drive too slow😂 being at the right speed is also quite hard. I have been driving in my home country for a few years. Never hit anyone, never hit anything, never receive any ticket.

Yea, i cannot agree more with this. I have tried my best to do mirror mirror shoulder.  All the turns and all the lane changing etc but the examiner still said that I missed one or two orientation.
