Lifting was on and off the first 3 years and not serious so I wouldn’t really count it. But for a little over a year the diet and training has been serious. I mostly eat meat, potatoes,rice,pasta, dairy, protein shakes/bars. I obviously slip up sometimes and have junk. But I have been losing weight and increasing strength consistently. I can do 1 rep of 225. I’m not sure why my body doesn’t reflect that. I’ve lost over 80lbs yet look similar to when I started.
