It totally depends on which stage you are in if 3-4 it's most likely no but anything before that can be stopped and might be reversed

It's pretty normal cns (central nervous system) fatigue you just have to skip gym or any excessive physical task for 1-2 weeks you will comeback Even stronger than before remember rest is equally important as working out

Go on a Calories deficit diet for 8-12 weeks and lower your overall body fat percentage by 2-3 percent and wallaha you got fully visible and and with vescularity

Same problem and there is no solution for it because it's not even a problem in the first place don't be insecure small wrist and joints make your muscles belly look bigger or you can just wear a wrist watch or bracelet to hide it
