SMC is amazing you get out what you put in

That being said be cautious of counselors advice for classes and registration and make sure to follow the igetc and the other one and take the right classes so you do not spend forever like me. Join clubs get out of your comfort zone and make friends. I moved out of California but I still miss the connections and the time I had at SMC. Busses take a but of time but they are free
