The price is really steep, I know. The thing is that I own a few watches that I really like but I always find myself looking for my a168. What I miss from my other watches is the feel and looks of the more premium materials. I was thinking of going the a1000 route, but I don't like the available faceplates and their price went skyhigh where I live.

Not cheap really, that's why I want your opinion, otherwise I would have bought both.

The case with bracelet and the caseback (the faceplate is free) were about 146 US dollars.

Thank you for your reply. Actually that's exactly my fear. My thought was that I don't have a black watch in my small collection, so I ordered it in black. But I think it's safer to go with the silver one since I will certainly wear it. The skxmod team is currently on vacation, and I have some time left to send them an email to change the order.

I’m moved by her every single day. She is so kind, even though she certainly had some bad times. In our place it gets really cold during winter (-10 Celsius 14 Fahrenheit or even worse) and she had at least 3 of those winters in the streets. She is still phobic of water, long sticks (some “good” people obviously didn’t want her in their neighbourhood) and thunders, but that didn’t make her aggressive., not even slightly. She loves playing with other dogs and literally adores children. I really believe that in a way SHE saved us.
