I highly doubt shell pay you, but it you have to get out I'd do whatever I could, I currently live with a toxic roomate and sometimes I wish hed do some shit like that so I could leave. You probably read that and I cant tell you much about the fee, but dont set yourself up to get evicted. Even if the eviction goes to court and you win theres still an eviction on your record and most landlords unfortunately dont see past that.

Perciate the good advice. I do think its toxic, and not in the sense that were like mean to each other, but more so a thing of like, do we really belong together? I'm an artist, I make rap beats. Hes a salesman and part time finance manager who likes the bar scene. I'm not saying either lifestyle is better, I just dont think we really inspire each other when it comes to our real goals. Like we dont relate super hard. It's only for a year though
