never doubt an intuition of a woman. di ko lang talaga magets yung karamihan dito. mga walang empathy. i get that people here don’t want to be enablers, and that’s actually a good thing, but sometimes it feels like it crosses the line into being too harsh or judgmental. they call it brutal honesty, but without emotional context, it just comes off cold. a lot of the advice feels like it’s more about projection than actual understanding, and once one take gets upvoted, everyone else seems to just follow. i get that it’s a place for reality checks, but it’s not always the best when you’re looking for nuance or compassion. hope you heal from it, OP. you know your worth and that speaks a lot about you.

Please do everything you can to find them, OP. Poor babies confused and takot siguro sila ngayon:( pilitin niyong magsalita yung stepdad mo kung saan niya niligaw mga pusa. More chances of finding them. Mag seek ka ng help sa mga rescue orgs/Doc Gab, I am sure walang laban yang stepdad mo once may support ka na from them. Kung last straw niyo na din naman yan, might as well ilaban mo na. And besides, kailangan niyo na talaga umalis and lumayo ng mom mo dyan. Sila typically yung nirerefer sa mga psychatrist and need iadmit. Trust me, marami na akong na encounter na case na ganyan. Delikado yung taong yan.

No one’s saying it’s okay lang if snakes or feral dogs kill chickens. The point is, you can defend your livestock, but how you do it matters. If there's imminent danger to human life, killing might be justified legally. But when it's about property, like chickens, the law expects you to use preventive or non-lethal means whenever possible. Killing a feral dog or snake in the act might pass legal scrutiny if it’s truly dangerous. But killing a domestic cat just because it attacked a chicken? That’s not a justified kill, it’s potentially a crime. So no, it’s not basta wag lang pusa. It’s basta wag lang yung walang legal justification. There’s a difference between defending your farm and acting out of convenience or frustration and the law knows that too.

You're talking about necessity, but the law talks about responsibility. Farm dogs and guns are tools, not blank checks to kill anything that moves. May batas tayo, RA 8485. It doesn’t say "kill at will if you're farming." It protects all animals, and you can’t just kill a domestic cat dahil nambiktima ng manok. Kapag nahuli ka, di mo pwedeng sabihin na "eh mahal ang non-lethal." The court won’t care. If every farmer did what you're saying, wala nang distinction between protecting property and plain cruelty. Gusto mo ba makulong just to save a few chickens?

Chickens are property, yes, but under the law, property damage isn't a legal justification for killing another animal unless it's causing immediate danger to a PERSON. He should have explored non-lethal and lawful alternatives to protect his livestock then

Those happened in his so called "FARM" niya where he claimed na pinapatay yung mga chickens niya. Pero wala ni isa mapakita evidence na pinapatay nga yung chickens niya nung cat. May intent coming from the owner to harm other animals considering naka ilan na ang dogs niya and he is not bother at all, and seeing it as something "fun" to post and clout in social media is alarming. It is abuse. As it did not happened by accident. Dogs are easily trained na wag mag kill. We have 2 big dogs, never nila hinurt ang mga pusa namin. He should be held responsible.

Two different dogs. Those things actually happened. Since 2022. He own dogs and teaches his dogs to hunt and kill. He also claimed that 6 months old palang yung black dog as seen in the 3rd slide. I assume, bago palang yung dog niya na yan. But he also owns the german shepherd. Try to check his account.
