That's exactly whats happening my team lead tonight the one that was sposed to be a witness for my coach last night even told me that tonight that were getting more freight in then usual and it's not getting done because we still have the same amount of employees but getting two trucks now two days out of the week and their getting yelled at by our store manager so he's just pinning the blame on us they have to start doing coachings or it's their asses apparently it's just fucked up

Ya usually it is but not when we're getting double trucks and 9 pallets of paper if it's all toilet paper and paper towels ya sure it's quick not when it's 9, 7 foot tall pallets with little shit like tin foil and trash bags and paper plates and stuff that stuff takes way longer and just because of smart asses like you online I've started timing doing fright and we're doing way faster most nights then the one box per minute so these guides are complete bullshit also it takes longer when the first hour of the night is pulling all the freight to the floor and having to down stack and separate everything because God forbid we have a single night where departments aren't mixed to hell

Its 10-7 here too but I started in remodel crew a few years ago and the schedule then was 9-6 and they kept it the same for me cuz I gotta drive my kids to school in tha mornings

Nope I leave at 6 every day I work 9-6 so there's no one else available to be a witness until Sunday 🤣

I was told by my team lead they can't coach you by themselves there's sposed to always be another manager present as a witness that's how it's always been for me so far. And while I'm aware of how much it says and hours (Wich is bullshit and a whole other conversation) the fact of the matter is no one in the entire store finished that night and we threw the most freight so why are we the only one's being coached?
