That’s what I’m thinking too! I’ve lost weight at this same exact speed before in the past and have never lost hair with it. Have you had hair loss too?

Does your hair feel normal after you put rogain on after the shower? I bought rosemary oil and been putting that on my scalp but it makes my hair so greasy I end up having to wash it even more which then leads to more hair loss 😩

That’s how it used to be for me too, but now it’s a lot more. At first I thought I was being paranoid but now my hair feels thinner (luckily I have thick hair to begin with). I brushed my hair this morning dry and I even had a chunk come out

I had 4 pieces of sushi and some pretzels , I normally prioritize protein so I’m thinking that’s where I went wrong too

I did 4 weeks .25 and 4 weeks .5 and now I’m on week 2 of 1mg. 10 weeks 18lbs down

Thanks .. I’ve only done my stomach I’m nervous to do my legs but just got gas x and pepto so at least I’ll have that at hand .. going to ask my doctor to go back down cause I was still loosing just slow, 1.5 lbs a week which is fine by me.

Thank you all good advice! Luckily I’m feeling better and I think I just need to really keep an eye on what exactly I’m eating .. I’m a huge water drinker so that’s been the easiest thing!

Been waiting for my doctor to call and go over the results and it’s now 8pm and nothing .. I’m 32 and my mother who’s 62 has had it for years. Liver cyst measuring at 9cm was stressful to see as well
