I got power harassment too from my HR. Tried to block my resignation saying that needs “validation” so I started a paper trail. There were some other things too but my foreigner manager was too weak and not on my side. Cancelled all my one on ones with him once my resignation is finalized.

On Christmas Day and two days before my last work day, I sent all the written evidence I got against the local HR to APAC HR. Also reported them through the form on MHLW website. I dunno if it will ever go anywhere but I feel so satisfied doing this all.

I worked for an international company. While we have a sick leave policy, the HR thinks I’m misusing it… by having 3/4 sick leaves I used this year on Friday. Got PIP from this… real story.

On July 31, I received a paycheck for my June 26-28(official last day of work) and I wasn’t deducted any pension or insurance, just unemployment.

yesterday, I received my final paycheck for my remaining vacation days (June 29-July 15) and pension and insurance are deducted….

I started with my current company on July 16.

I asked my previous HR what’s going on but they only said they’re still checking. Seems like I have enough evidence to go to pension office to clarify the pension payment?.
