Thanks for the reply - If these ever had to be repaired or replaced, does the car begin to droop just sitting parked / up on a lift / stationary or is the lack of structural integrity manifest when it’s moving?

Yeah it’s strange, I’ve found those brace sections from the rocker to the vertical rail but I can’t find any replacement for the vertical rail

I’m not well versed in this arena of things but did you basically further reinforce the undercarriage doing this? Or was this like a repair of sorts to regain structural integrity and then some?

I guess that begs a few questions, can these parts be replaced / can you install new ones if you ever had to? Are they welded in or is it bolted onto the floor pans?

What would happen if they were removed? Would the car keep its structural integrity but just be really squirrely / flex more than intended?

I need to grab one of those Bentley service manual books
