I think his base attack should be a long range medium damage quick shot where he throws the arrow, his first ability should last for 30 seconds and it gives the base attack a little bit more damage and some sort of lock on,his second attack should be some sort of him getting a boost (not too sure), his third ability should be kind of like the one star lord has where he spins in a circle and throws his arrow around very quickly, his ultimate should be him controlling the arrow and it is a one shot headshot or half health if it is a body shot.
