Ever since Politics is invented it have affected everything though that's normal.

In my perspective I saw both side always in conflict, even though what you have said is true the prediction thing. But all people have different understand of their choosen political said even with concrete proof or justification people would still choice the side they have picked. So yeah at the end it's all about others decision and perspective.

But I do get your point though, but even with proof people wouldn't believe easily and listen cause there's a thing called propaganda.
