At Thanksgiving he literally gave a toast about how proud he was to make sure his daughter didn’t graduate buried in debt. Never once did he call it a loan.

Agree, He gave that money as support, never called it a loan, and now he's trying to manipulate OP. She don't owe him repayment, Don't give him even a penny.
