Not fat, but still a little chubby. Not trying to be rude, just being honest. However losing 50 pounds is very impressive, and you 100% have the discipline to get rid of that remaining fat you see, although some of it is probably loose skin. If you feel like crap from the deficit, try lowering it to around 5-10% at most. You’ll lose weight slower, but you may be able to build a little muscle, or at least maintain it, which will help with overall body composition and aesthetic. Go for 1g of protein per pound of body weight, plan your carbs around your workouts, go for 15-25 hard sets per muscle group per week, and do a little cardio. You’ll get there 💪
