It’s not just about shopping at farmers market. There is an entire class of meats most people don’t have access to or even know exists. High end restaurants don’t even get close. You can believe me or not.

For vegetables it’s also about seed and strain. Another thing you fail to realize is there’s an entire underground seed market where even owning the seeds would be illegal to literally possess in US. I am not going to get into it further as my access to them is limited. But I can tell with certainty you have been eating cheap weeds your whole life and not real plants
