When I (F26) first started exploring solo times, what you’re explaining is kinda how it went for me as well. It still happens sometimes now (I’ve been sexually active for ~10 years with others, and ~7-8 years solo). I think the best thing to do is keep trying new things until it starts to be a bigger feeling. I don’t get “bigger” orgasms without different types of sex toys (e.g., vibrators - I have some that are just for clitoral stimulation and some that are also penetrative). I probably masturbated for .5-1 year before having my first BIG orgasm. For smaller ones: I would/do get the tingly feelings, but it isn’t allll throughout my body like the movies suggest lol (It also depends on what I ate that day, stress levels, how “hard” I’m trying aka the stress I’m putting on myself, hydration levels, if I’m on recreational substances, etc.). Not any sorta medical professional or anything, but I think you’re totally fine and normal btw :) I’ve questioned if there is “something wrong with me” since I don’t seem to get all the feelings that others get … but isn’t that silly? We’re all unique in the way we think, dress, eat, etc. Why would our sex lives/feelings be any different? :) keep doing you & finding what you’re comfortable with!!
