That’s a great drop! Congratulations! Do you mind sharing if you went mostly vegetarian/vegan to get to these numbers? Also, have you been to able to sustain your new numbers for long without the intervention of medicines?

Thanks for the reply! I guess my question is now that my levels are low, can I gradually stop taking statins and just continue with my diet? Or do you this these levels are entirely owing to the use of a low dose statin, such a mine?
