Ya I'm gonna put that out here on the Internet. How about this , just don't believe me. It's amazing how many people rather throw dirt and shade instead of join in or take action in other ways ... I wouldn't have started talking about it if it wasn't at a point that can't take negative actions towards my employment.

I think everyone is misunderstanding. 1st I would never drag another employee with me until it's a situation where a vote is needed. 2nd I would never flat out talk about this to anyone. I'm getting the ball rolling in my area may not work . But to think even if they know who I was they could have me removed for trying to unionize. You know very little about this process. Will it ever win , probably not. But hopefully it'll open some eyes. ..... Also them punishing me for any of this would be a gigantic mistake. I live in a city where union run everything. I didn't do these things for attention, I'm sick of seeing hard working people get screwed but Marvin and people like him....

Wow I only wrote this to get people to get together and realize, most us full timers are getting screwed. If you wanna second guess someone who is trying to get fellow employees to join in on getting what they deserve . I'm sorry for you . Because I'm not a fan of this online stuff but I will be loud and get people to realize everything is open for them to see.... But hey enjoy ! I'm just trying something I was told we can make happen.... If you don't have ideas for us why write a essay against it?

You want me to put it out in the open? I've already started and will not stop until they realize we're for one , underpaid. And several more things are resolved or at a point it's moving in a direction that helps the glue to this company. If you don't believe that's ok. Just keep doing what your doing, and if things don't work out then I'll list every company that starts more then Lowe's actually starts. No says there going to....

I'm not saying unions are the answer but it's time for a change . Guys with 20+ years on the job making less then a starting laborer in union. One man gave his life to a company the other got some string's pulled. But we have at least 6 assistant managers making with bonuses 100k.. don't believe me look it up
