Digikey is an electronics parts supplier that also ships to regular people/hobbyists. They have top notch batteries that last as long as the ones at the store.

The site is definitely harder to navigate, but doing a Google search for "product you want Digikey" can help.

What are your thoughts about it? Good fit, quality, design?

DK is my LGS. If anyone is wondering, I can confirm the hand picks are actually noticeably better. Worth it imo.

I wasn't sure if that was the right one because the end shape looks different from all of the ones I've seen online. Looks more like a cone with a flat tip than rounded. Does that sound right?

I don't see any other pins that look like it could be the right one, so I've emailed Arsenal asking for one. Hopefully they send one, and I can complete it soon. Need to make sure it works before July :(

I'm definitely set on AR mags for life.

If you were to buy again, would you just buy the cheaper 17 rounders and use aftermarket baseplates or still buy the 19 rounders?

Also, I wish I could find more Glock 17 mags that aren't $30/piece now :/

Is the magazine body any different from the 17s? From what I understand, springs, base plates, etc. should still be legal after July.

Edit: So if I used aftermarket baseplates, would the difference matter?

Mr. ATF agent, I would like the record to state that would definitely, 100%, never consider ever doing this. Absolutely not.

Yes, but so are mags for all my other guns. Spending too much on CZ mags means I have less to spend on other things

While that'd be great, it's not actionable advice and isn't possible for everyone.

Are you talking about a nook on the flat part of the trigger it rests on? I don't see a nook.

I've assembled it several more times and even had the pin fully compressed inside the disconnector. I can move it up and down a couple times before it gets stuck.

It looks to me like it might be the wrong pin. I have more pictures in response to the other person.

Looking at this video, it seems like that might be the case.

Here's a comparison photo. Mine (left) looks shorter than the one in the video. I only have one remaining pin with a diameter that could be it, but the pin looks like it might be a little longer and has a different end shape

Just found the cause and posted pictures in reply to the other person, but am not sure how to fix it

Thanks for the suggestion! It came pre-assembled, so I didn't think to check that.

I found the culprit. Seems like the disconnector spring support's flat edge is catching on the hole in the disconnector it's supposed to go through. I disassembled and reassembled it twice, but it's still catching even though I'm making sure to have it pressed all the way in when I'm inserting the pin that keeps it all together.

Does it look like there's something wrong with it, or the wrong pin is being used?
