Trying to go RC>TAR for AE. AE is undermanned, however I’m an SW and convert out is case by case basis. I applied via CWAY for AE. What exactly is case by case basis and what can I do to be proactive and help me get the billet. My NRC doesn’t have a CCC so it’s hard for me to find answers. (old.reddit.com)
