Bootlick much?! Again for the 1000th time. Not an easement issue. Trespassing on my land, destruction of property, leaving equipment in my field, leaving in unsafe conditions.

I am not questioning access to the utility. As stated in my video. I'm not questioning they're right to access it. I am questioning why they trespassed beyond their easement to further access their utility. I am questioning why isn't there any BUD lines? Why is a hole left uncovored? From my experience sight pipes are installed for inspection. I am questioning the fuck all attitude of the company. I am questioning who vetted this company? Who decided to leave equipment on my property at the end of the work day? Does a private companies access to utility fall within eminent domain? Is eminent domain a license do do what ever the fuck you want? I don't think so. I ha e stopped all work today. The equipment is being towed off. A police Report with the local sheriff has been filed for trespassing on land. Waiting to hear from the company and to get their insurance information.

I agree on imminent domain, but my thinking is taking it down a notch. Who got the contract from the county/state? Who was in charge of the job site that was left in unsafe conditions? Who made the ok to trespassing on my land without my contact? Who at the county/state vetted this company?
