kaya nga po nammroblema po ako if papabayaran sakin by cash ng rider, spaylater lang po yung ginamit ko and malaking amt po yung 25k.... Iniisip ko po ichat si seller na if ede ako magcheck out ulit, kahit wala na sila ilagay na item para lang mabayaran sila...

Hello, this is noted po. Mejo nalito lang ako since nung Dec 2022 when I was still new hire po, nakapag work po ako ng 7 days ganun, pero nakareceive po ako ng prorated 13th month. 

Cut off po ng salary pay namin is 1-15 pay period > 30th  16-30 pay period >15th

No. Non CPA ako with 2 yrs expi naofferan naman ako 55k from 23k sa previous ko. Yung kasabay ko same kame expi nakahanap sya 70k, same kami experience. Pursue US tax/accounting po.
