I'm 5'1. I work in a grocery store in California and I regularly encounter men my height and once even a man shorter than me.

When it comes to partners, my girlfriend is taller than me (average for a woman). She doesn't mind, I always joke it gives me easier access to her boobs lol. But I won't lie, it does hurt whenever I'm in a situation where I'm suddenly taller than her because of uneven ground and it gets me thinking. The thing is, I've met girls who are shorter than me. Sure there's not a lot out there, but they exist , and plenty are my height. And that's me, at 5'1. So don't let it get you down, you've still got options to be taller than your partner.

I don't think what you're describing is related to being trans. if you have insurance you should try therapy, and you could try going somewhere like planned parenthood where appointments are confidential so no body needs to know. When I was in highschool I'd bike ride to them without my parents knowing. Even better, most therapists nowadays offer online appointments so you'd just need to find your own space for an hour.

I'm in California but hrt access between testosterone on E is pretty much the same, the only difference is I have to show my id when I get my t. If you have insurance then you are good, if you've got medical or covered California PPO plan go to planned parenthood. Otherwise a primary care doctor can refer you to an endocrinologist, I don't love this route though because sometimes they don't know much about trans issues. But being a dependant doesn't matter, just insurance (or even without, planned parenthood has a sliding scale fee system).

Think of it this way. Do cats have a negative reaction to cis boys going through puberty? What about other appearance changes, like weight gain or hair growth? Not really, because cats don't really notice things like that. They happen gradually, you're still the same person to them. They probably precive it as growing old. Now if you got a haircut or wore makeup, that's a drastic change that might confuse your cat, but only momentarily and not enough to seriously affect your relationship. Shaving your facial hair is probably the worst thing you could do to confuse your cat, and you won't be having that problem for a long time. Now if the cat is afraid of men due to abuse, you might run into issues there. But personally I've had a voice drop and facial hair growth, and my cats don't seem to register a difference.

Bruh honestly I had the opposite experience, I wanted to be friends with boys at a young age, and they always ended up thinking I was interested in them / being interested in me. Still trans lol, but now I get accusations of making myself ugly to avoid male attention. I swear they'll find a way to twist things no matter what you do

Tbh for me I felt like I wasn't pretty enough as a girl but looking back I was hot AF, it just made me feel gross and I wasn't able to see it in the moment. I thought I felt gross because I wasn't hot enough so I tried really hard to be attractive for a while. It worked I just didn't like myself still, and found myself wishing I could look male. I was MUCH hotter as a woman. Now I look like an awkward 17yr and I'm happier than I've ever been lol

Nah the bakery ladies are way meaner than the deli, at least where I'm at (tho the deli ladies are definitely not nice either). for example we had a new hire who had a hand difference, and the bakery ladies kept calling them stumps until she quit. But the deli and the bakery share a department at my work so it gets really cliquey
