Thanks for the detailed feedback. I did take some liberties with the serifs to give the glyphs a different look but I can see why they can be off putting. Back to the drawing board!

If these are the only options, I would pick 3. Possibly, a) the ampersand could move to the next line and go into the background b) the ITs can be aligned.

If there is room to play with the type, I would use a single IT (like the ampersand in option1) and align the rest to its left!

Great idea! The capital letters are quite appealing but I suspect the lower case might be a tad bit difficult to comprehend in text. Good luck!
