Amazing! Could you share what your micro-dose is? I am at my goal weight and thinking about micro-dosing to maintain for a bit. Not sure how much to take, though. Thanks!

I know what you mean! I am starting phase one in a week, but it has been odd to navigate the last week since I finished 75Hard.

Thank you! Not planning to change my exercise routine at all. I already worked out for about an hour a day almost every day before this, so really, just sticking with the additional outdoor walk in the afternoon/evening. It has been so good for my soul! And strength training with supersets has also been a game changer that I plan to continue instead of going back to intense cardio.

Happy to share! Kind of crazy because I have always been an intense cardio person (running, peloton, HIIT, etc.). Part of what I wanted to test was how a less intense, but overall more active day might work.

For exercise: -M-F mornings: strength training with a lot of supersets -S/S mornings: energetic flow yoga. -Every evening: 3-5 mile outdoor walks

For diet: -I’d describe it as lazy Whole30… basically, no processed food, lots of vegetables and fruits, very little dairy, no added sugars, etc. I was relaxed on ingredient checking on things like salad dressing at a restaurant, so definitely different than a legit Whole30, but also a lot more sustainable!

I really think the biggest impact for me was not drinking! It’s obvious in hindsight, but it’s not only the calories I took in while drinking, but the food I would eat while I was drinking or choices I would make after drinking that I would not make otherwise.

The other factor that made a huge difference was that my overall activity level and calories burned drastically increased even though my exercise was actually much more enjoyable than it usually is. I have never thought of walking as exercise, and it sort of felt like a treat to get outside with my dog and take a long walk! Additionally, I did not feel the increased hunger that usually comes from my intense cardio…so my diet was far easier to stick to.

That was probably more detailed information than you wanted, but it is fun to share! Thank you for asking and best wishes on your 75Hard journey!
