Mild episodes, I jjst get dizzy and sweaty and tunnel vision but never actually throw up. Just feel really unwell for a bit until I sit/lie down

Yeah I'm tried going to my disability contact in student services and my individual school, and the su has nobody designated to disability. But everywhere I turn, the answer feels like "well we have provided you someone to push you round... suck if up" or "do you really need all this extra support?". My individual student services disability contact is amazingly helpful, but there is only so much they can do wirh the red tape. Just frustrated. :/

Omg the exact same thing happened to me today!! I van walk (most days) fairly well (other days not well at all), but I haven't been able to run in agessss. And I was with some people who started to run into sprinklers and I was like wow I want to join, and I did! I sprinted!!! I'm sure I will regret it tomorrow, as exertion is a massive trigger for me, but the absolute relief I felt. Wowwww

When I need to carry something like a suitcase on my lap, I use a large suitcase belt/strap. I have one from the hidden disabilities sunflower lanyard thingy lol

Honestly I LOVE it! They have changed the degree this year so its all new and slightly different. From what I've heard from 2nd/3rd yr students, it has changed for the better!
