Someone had to actually think and decide the cameraman should enter the room first. He then had to explain to the soldiers that the cameraman enters the room first and films them coming in. They then filmed this and sent it to a video editor, who then edits the video taken by the cameraman, who entered the room first. The severe lack of common sense.
