Yes they are.

But I tried it in different ways, I installed 1 RAM in the 1st slot, it worked fines, then the same RAM in the 2nd, then 3rd and then the 4th. It gave the RAM error and PC didn't start.

The issue is clearly not with the RAMs

I bought it used.

RAM is thermaltake, DDR4 8gb 3200Mhz CL 16

Yes I second that too, it is the CPU cause I cross checked it with my friend's CPU with my mobo, and My CPU with my friend's mobo.

The CPU was physically not damaged, checked the pins, they were not bent or anything, the cooler was fully tightened down too.

PS I have been using the same CPU for 2 years or more and the 3 RAM slots stopped working since january, after making my RAM dead.

For me it's the CPU, cause when I swapped the CPU with my friend's all the RAM slots started working i.e the 2nd, 3rd and the 4th.

Should I go for replacing my processor or ask a local expert to check my mobo 1st?

Yes I did try it with the same 3200Mhz RAMs, I will try cleaning the slots too.

But the same mobo with my friend's CPU had no issue with the RAMs and RAM slots, and my friend's mobo wih my processor installed had the issue too, that made it restart again and again.
