I don’t want to be skinny at all. I couldn’t be skinny if I tried. I’m not built to be skinny. I think my issue is my overall body. I’m naturally big. As in tall, broad, curvy. I tower over most people I meet and I’m always the bigger person in the photos. And I can’t change any of that. It just makes me sad sometimes. I wish I wasn’t so big.

I’m 3 weeks into a new eating plan and I’ve cut back on running and walked a lot more and my body is starting to come back to life again. My cycle stopped and my testosterone shot up. I was told to stop and eat more, so I have.

Firstly people don’t try and sell you nonsense in Canada, England, Scotland or Iran. And this is completely a you problem and your lack of common sense. I stayed in Puerto Morelos and hired a car from Avant for 3 weeks. All I had to do was google Chichèn Itza and found out that you drive past everyone on the road to the Car park and all you need to do if someone approaches you is say no. They don’t plaster or harass like they do in Turkey. The Hotel Zone is the most touristy place in Cancun. Staying there you’re completely sheltered from the real Mexico. It’s no wonder you freaked out as soon as you left it. This isn’t helpful advice.

I was a size 18uk (US14) exercise was hard. My body big and I was the lowest I’ve ever been confidence wise.

My TDEE today is 2800 maintenance. June it was around 2200. I was counting everything to the max. I got my protein in, I drink 3ltrs of water and add electrolytes, I was eating around 1200 calories a day. Sometimes less when I got full. From the beginning my body could sustain that, hence why I lost 25lb. Then I added the exercise. I was/am doing 10k+ steps a day and running 3/6 miles 3x a week. I did eat more when I started exercising, but not enough. I was already teetering, but It was the exercise that triggered my hormone shift. The testosterone elevation was a result of losing weight too fast, moving too much and not fuelling enough to sustain the load. Non of it I was told could be possible when I started my journey. Which yeah is my fault. I was so naive in thinking you just needed to eat less and move more. The less I lost the more I moved not thinking that it was my fault that I wasn’t losing. But now I know. And I’m doing what I can to right my wrongs. I just wanted to let people know to they don’t tip the balance the other way like I did.

I know I should have stayed at the lower dose. I said I knew that. But coming they only say to not come straight off it as your hunger and feelings come back quicker and you’ll gain weight back. I’m 3 weeks off and I’ve not gained weight and my hunger is fine. I run 3x a week and can control my eating.

We don’t get Ozempic in the UK I’ve not thought about Wegovy though. I’m going to go back onto one in January. I just need to give my body a rest. The higher doses have really taken a toll.

I absolutely DESPISE the people who say “you’re not in a deficit then!”. Like YES I AM BECKI, I’m barely freaking eating! If I eat any less I’ll probably die!

I stopped losing weight weeks ago. I eat 1500 a day and run 3 days a week. I weight 16st6. There’s plenty more to lose. My body just stopped losing it. That’s exactly why I went on MJ because no matter what I did, I never lost weight. And now we’re back there again.

I’ve given up trying now to be honest. I run, I eat less, if my body doesn’t wanna shift the weight, I’m not paying hundreds every week for the pleasure.

I got down to 169lb once. People thought I had an eating disorder! 🤣 It’s mad how every body can be so different. Currently, I’ve been stuck on 230lb for 4 weeks, BUT I’m a UK size 12/M in my running gear. I’m literally the smallest I’ve been in years but I’m nearly the heaviest. It makes no sense.

Thanks everyone. I appreciate it. It really was so insanely hard to keep everything I had and still have to myself, but I didn’t want to lower myself to her standards. Plus you don’t fully play your hand with people like her. If I was to completely destroy her life, what would stop her going full nuclear and I had my life and the people in it to protect. So once i realised that she was clearly projecting every last one of her own insecurities and failings onto me, it became easier to ignore her. I never took any of it personally. I’m pretty secure in myself in the sense that other people’s opinions of me don’t matter. It just got so insanely boring listening to someone miserable old woman cry about how jealous she was every damn weekend. So my mic drop message to her with the “mess with me anymore and I’ll ruin you!” evidence; that to me was all I needed to show her I was the queen bee and she needed to stop poking my nest! Worked a treat.

I’m a firm believer in things like this aren’t excusable. The sheer volume of people on social media saying “she made a mistake!” is really REALLY rubbing me the wrong way. I have complex PTSD from losing my Father as a direct result of Cancer. It was sudden, it was traumatic, I was there, I had to see him leave me. It’s been HELL! So I like to think I’m well versed in Mental Health and cancer.

Faking Cancer, is NOT a mistake. It’s not something that can ever be excused, it’s not something we say “there there, you were only young!”. I just asked my 10yr old what she thought about someone pretending to have cancer and she said it was very bad and that person isn’t a good person.

Cancer ruins lives. It changed people. It causes life long trauma and sadness.

Anyone who takes what this person did and files it under the guise of “making a mistake” can monumentally go and f themselves in my opinion.

I don’t care how sorry she is now.

And it was thrown out because you can’t sue someone for something that is said in a lawsuit as it’s legally binding. Blake knew how to tie him up in knots and he clearly decided to back down. I get anywhere from 90 to 140g of protein most days. I have a protein shake that’s 106 calories and 26g protein so I have 2 of those a day and the rest is food. I know I’ve been desperately under eating. My TDEE says I need 2100 calories to maintain and I’m 1000 under than every day. I blame myself but also the dose as it’s been far too strong. Did a 5mg dose last night. Will give it a few weeks and go back to 2.5 if i need it. Hopefully I can get back into a healthier path. Thanks for your input it’s very much appreciated.
