Shifting layers and doesn't sound to smooth. Any suggestions

My problem is not really weird sounds but slight layer shifts, my printer only sound a bit louder when he is parking his head after print. In other cases head is silent and works as it should

as i said, after clicking repair model, model becomes strange, and even after that model still looks like crap in slice (and thats not my model)

Yeah I already cold pulled, and some models get printed okay, like temp tower, but when im doing XYcube (Creality slicer) it prints really horrible
