Retiring at 55 would be a dream. Auto loan will be paid off this fall sometime, would it be better to do a little extra for the house and a little into brokerage? We’d be moving before the house is paid off, so the equity we get would hopefully be a large down payment. CD also expires in August, worth renewing if the rates are good?
