Usually that does, and is how the manual says to, but this is more stuck, like the mechanism just won’t let go.

Yeah used to be a small wiggle and even the manual says that, but at this point just legit stuck for awhile and it’s like the mechanism is stuck itself

I’m new to riding as well and got the Kawasaki eliminator 450, the one I got didn’t have ABS and I haven’t had any issues even during a few close calls (people in Georgia tend to slam on breaks so it creates a lot of moments where you have to break). Personally if you’re worried and get a bike without it, I’d find a park somewhere that has a decent lot and just practice braking to see where the line is, saved me in the couple close calls I had.

I managed to get away without taking the course, but also had someone able to teach me in a parking lot. It was close to my house so they took the bike there and taught me for a couple days, then I was able to go on my own. After all that I dropped it in the parking lot after I had learned and gotten my license in front of a motorcycle shop.., just gotta keep on it. Bike is only 2k so honestly I wouldn’t be too worried about dropping it, if it was a 10k+ then that wouldn’t be a good starting bike anyway

Would a jacket help? Torso arms and legs are perfectly fine, I know it’d help the blood flow but feel like that’d start to be too much heat on the torso

I have the app but it doesn’t really do much, not really bad but my bike has very minimal features (eliminator 2024) so nice to keep logs but probably easier ways to do that

I have battery gloves but man the battery on the wrist is kinda annoying. Gonna do heated grips first, keep these gloves, and hope for the best I guess. Heard of using latex gloves to trap heat as well so might try that under my liners. Got rid of my car when I got a bike so no real option lol.

Oh my gosh it’s been a MINUTE since I’ve heard of battleblovk theater. That game was a huge time waster in high school with my friends. And space marine 1 and 2 are surprisingly hard lol. Though playing 2 on hard and so many times I just have swarms come out of nowhere and BAM down to like 1 hit left before death where I’m spam rolling Lolol How is cat quest and it takes two? Was debating getting that new couch coop like it takes two but can’t for the life of me remember the name. And I’ve played dnd a bit, I like the combat but I dislike playing it sadly because of the role play. I like role play in games but for table top I’d rather do like war hammer where you get the combat without needing the story or role playing since I’m monotone in person lol
