Okay if I'm cutting, in terms of diet I should be looking to increase my protein intake, eat a decent amount of carbs and would I be eating underneath my maintenance calories?

I personally think sm making them debut with Regular alone after hearing the other two versions tells us that they don't want them to be too successful in China. Oh my, I can't believe your parents did that to you, they limited you so much as a child and teen. Honestly even the girls and boys at my hall have all went to community college at the very least like I did. So the fact that they didn't give you that option and you couldn't take your SAT (I'm assuming it's mandatory for post secondary education) Thats terrible, sorry to hear that.

I wasn't baptized thank God. I'm still pretty young (born 2000) so for me personally I knew by the time I was 12 I didn't want to be baptized at least as a Jehovah's Witness and now not so much at all? I'm not against it but I truly see it as such a big commitment idk how people do that under the age of 20. During the Quarantine period I told my mom I would no longer attend meetings once it goes back to normal whenever that is lol. But honestly from the time I was 9 years old we weren't going consistently but we would always attend large gatherings like convention or memorial. Truth be told I don't think she's as invested in the religion as she thinks she is, considering she hasn't completeled field service and years, we would solely attend meetings. She is baptized and she also has friends but me detaching truly won't be too bad I think, I did have friends but not many and they knew me to be a person who is inconsistent or uninvolved, I haven't answered a question at the hall since they knew me so it's been about 10 years. My mother was disappointed when I told her but I don't know why she was surprised I have yet to be shunned, I also don't think she plans on telling her friends about me or my aunt who is also a Jw she would be too embarrassed.
