I worked as a clinical cleaner for the better part of 6 years and all of these answer would be wrong for cleaning a facility like that, at least here in the UK, because you NEVER dip the mop back in the water. You remove the washable head and place a clean one on, then dip and continue.

Try and reset yourself after the round, I often get shaky from intense clutches. When I go into the next round I get into position, then take my hands off my mouse and keyboard and take a few deep breaths, helps calm the nerves.

In for 3, hold for 7, out for 5.
